Don’t know where to start! From first contact with the owner the whole experience of staying at this villa was exceptional. Clear quick contact, great communication, clear instructions for arrival, and when we got there a beautifully well kept and cared for villa with excellent facilities on a spotless gated community. Location was right on the junction of the 27 and US192, so perfect for any direction you wanted to head in whether it be to the parks, shopping or the beach. Have stopped in many villas in the area, but we will certainly be staying here again when we return.

Lovely villa situated in “Four Corners” in close proximity to Disney (20-25 mins). Sleeps 8 comfortably. The owners have taken every step to make your stay comfortable. TVs in every room with Subscription services, well stocked kitchen (utensils, crockery, etc) and games room in garage. Everything was really clean on arrival and there was plenty of information available on how everything works. Pool area is great with good sun. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the near future.

The property was as advertised, very enjoyable. The pool and the hot tub were very clean and enjoyable, a highlight after sore feet and legs from walking Disney during the day. We didn’t use the gameroom but looks great if your are bringing kids along. Ushma, the property owner who I believe is out of the country over in Great Britain, did answer all my concerns and was easy to communicate with. Thank you Ushma!

We had a wonderful Christmas and New Year in Florida staying at this lovely villa. It is spacious and has a great pool and hot tub. Disney is a short uncomplicated drive away and there are plenty of accessible shops, restaurants and takeaways nearby, Walmart is almost next door. We visited the mall and the outlets and both were really easy journeys. We loved it here and would recommend this villa to others.

Not overlooked with lovely view at the back. Great location, near Walmart and a few minutes drive to choice of restaurants. Fifteen minute drive to Disney and easy to drive to other parks and shopping outlets. Ushma was very helpful with all aspects of the booking, providing directions, tolls and clubhouse info. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your villa. The villa is in the wonderful high grove community which is very clean friendly and safe. The villa was great with everything needed for a fantastic time in Florida, the villa is like a home away from home and we settled in immediately it is clean the beds are comfortable the kitchen is well equipped and the pool is beautiful day and at night. The location of the villa is perfect with easy access to walmart 2mins away and plenty of other supermarkets and restaurants. Disney is only 10-15mins away and universal about 30mins. The owner of the villa is very helpful and provided all the information we needed and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We all had a great holiday and would love to stay again. We really enjoyed our stay would definitely book again. Ushma responded to all questions quickly. The villa is well maintained the pool was a godsend. There is a pub outside the gates shops and restaurants within walking distance and its easy to get to the parks. Would highly recommend this villa and look forward to returning.
On entering the villa there was a lovely fresh smell & it felt like home from the minute we stepped through the front door.This villa was clean & well kept with plentiful towels,kitchen equipment,even egg cups.We have stayed in numerous villas in Orlando & this was certainly one of the best.We would definately book again & our son & family have booked to stay for 25 days next year.The swimming pool & spa was beautifully clean & got the sun all day.The lady that cleaned & checked the pool came twice in the 2 weeks that we were there.She was very thorough.There is a games room in the garage which is great.The location of the property is excellent.The villa is only a few houses away from the clubhouse ,which has a large swimming pool & spa,fitness centre etc. Devaneys Irish Pub is just outside the gated community of High Grove, & a 2 min walk from the villa.Meals are available there as well as having quiz night, music etc.The 2 for 1 Fish & Chips on a Friday is excellent.Walmart & Cagans Crossing is a 2 min drive away from villa & the Disney Parks are in close proximity by car.If the villa had been available in October this year we would have booked it again ,but unfortunately we have had to book an alternative villa still in High Grove, though as location is so good.We would definately recommend this villa to family & friends.Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your lovely villa.We will be back.
We had a great time at this villa, would definitely recommend. We have stayed at others around the area and came across this one when the house we usually rent was not available. If we come back to the area will definitely be looking for this rental again.
Really enjoyed our stay in the villa. It was clean and comfortable, and a great location. It was very quiet, but there was a good Irish pub outside the gates. There was plenty of good restaurants 10 minutes walk away and a huge Wal-Mart just down the road. It was easy to get to the parks from the villa with Disney about 20 minutes away. The owner Ushma kept us informed and answered any questions promptly, which made the booking procedure very easy. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Me and my family stay for 9 days, the Villa so beautiful, excellent service, it was a really great time thanks a lot and we will be there again soon.
Initially drove past the property as the villas are not numbered consecutively. Entry by key code was easy enough and we were not disappointed on entering the Villa. More than enough space for us and the pool was a nice size. We found the shops a short drive away, the Irish bar is walking distance from the Villa, we also walked a little further to find more retreaunts and we ate at a very good Mexican. Disney an Universal within easy access by car and we also found a route that did not include any toll roads. Management company sent someone out within half an hour of contacting them and replaced battery’s in the safe when we had a problem. Overall an excellent Villa and definitely recommended.
My family (4 adults and 4 teens,16,15,14,13) stayed in this stunning property from the 15th to the 29th of June 2018. The villa is in the gated community of High Grove on highway 27 and is well situated for Orlando international airport and commuting to all theme parks. The villa is perfect for families. I loved the decor as with the hardwood floors in the living area,we could feel at home and comfortable without worrying about the kids spilling drinks. All the bedrooms had a lovely feel to them,I slept like a log in the master bedroom – honestly the best quality sleep I’ve ever had on holiday,the bed was so comfy. I loved the fact that there was small Disney touches in the kids rooms without it feeling too childish for teens. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers which was fab as with 4 long haired ladies,it saved packing hairdryers. A roll of toilet paper in each loo was also provided so no worries if you can’t get to the supermarket and need to drop your bags off first. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery and it was fab to have such a huge capacity washer and dryer to keep on top of our washing. Ushma also provides lots of towels for showering and pool towels which was great as saved space in our suitcases and we were able to use them when visiting Volcano Bay and save on the cost of hiring and also for use at the villa’s pool. We loved having our own pool. The kids all enjoyed being able to get up and go for a dip first thing or spend a few hours splashing around after a hot day in the parks. The adults spent plenty of time in the spa- perfect to cool down and relax with book in hand. The pool looks amazing at night with the lights on and it’s great to have it all to yourselves and not have to share. High Grove is a real haven. Once you’re in the gates,you would never know there is a busy road just beyond them. The villa backs on to a conservation area so felt private as we weren’t overlooked from behind and it was lovely to sit out in the peace and quiet and enjoy the sunshine and a visit from our neighbours- 2 herons who would often be out for a stroll. The amenities such as the club house,play park and crazy golf were a bonus and a couple of times over our visit,we went to the community pool for a change of scenery. There is an Irish pub serving British food just out-with the gates and Dunkin Donuts,McDonald,Burger King and many other fast food places in very close proximity,ideal for us with teens as sometimes they preferred stay in the villa for dinner so we didn’t have to go too far out of the way to pick them up food before going out ourselves. Cagans Crossing,a small town centre was a mile up the road and had a good selection of restaurants. I loved Gators Dockside and had the Summer Salad 4 days out of 14! The 192 is where you’ll find tons of restaurants such as Denny’s,IHOP,Mannys,Millers, Golden Corral,Bahama Breeze,Olive Garden- an endless choice all an easy drive away. If you like to shop,there is a Walmart about 1 mile up the road when you turn left out of the community gates,I loved a solitary walk to look at all the choice and items you can’t buy here in the UK. Rolling Oaks is around 4 miles away where, as well as restaurants,there’s a SuperTarget,Ulta, TJ Maxx,Ross and Dollar Tree. I would like to thank Ushma and Uday for allowing us to stay at their lovely home. The whole renting process was a pleasure from our first contact and I was able to contact Ushma at any time with any queries and she would get back to me quickly. I would love to visit Magic on Magnolia again and would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to rent a villa.
The villa was nice and well kept. I would go there again in a heartbeat. The communication with the owner was very nice and friendly, she was the best. Near all main parks, shops or where ever you want to go, it is a gated community so it feels very safe.

The Villa is excellent in every way! Nice size, loads of room, clean, tidy, everything you need. The pool is a good size and clean. The location was great too. Only 10/15 minutes drive to Disney and 20/30 minutes to Universal. Walmart across the road, pub just outside the gates. The 192 has an abundance of restaurants (Orlando Real Ale House is a must!). What more could you ask? The gated community made a massive different to other villas I have stayed at in Orlando. Considering the community is next to a main road, you don’t hear the road noise. Easy to book. Owner responds to questions quickly. We will stay here again!

This was our 2nd time staying at this Florida Villa and we booked it again for another stay. Great location for all the parks, stores, restaurants, is a well maintained house and owner is easy to work with. We feel like we’re at home and on vacation at the same time. I would highly recommend renting this Villa.
The location is perfect. There are just about half hour drive to Disney, the shopping Malls and shopping outlets. The villa and the pool is very clean and everything is working well. Publix and WalMart is about 10 minutes drive away .

Other than what we spoke about, may family had a great time. Your house was lovely, spaceous and we really appreciated the private bathrooms. We have rented several homes in Orlando, but your home byfar was the best. We love the gated community and quite peacefulness surroundings. We loved eating poolside and watching the wildlife {the cranes} every morning. We can’t wait for our next vacation to return to your lovely home

This was our 2nd year staying at this villa in beautiful Highgrove and already looking forward to next year. It is in a lovely gated community where you can relax and enjoy the sun from morning until sunset but are only 15 minutes from Disney or Universal and close to restaurants and shopping. The villa itself is well designed for families, comfortable, nicely decorated and is equipped with everything you will need for your vacation. Kids love the pool.
