SUMMARY

4 Bed 3 Bath (SLEEPS 10)

A beautifully furnished 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom villa with its own private southwest facing pool and spa. The villa is situated in an upscale gated community located just 6 miles from Walt Disney World. The single storey villa is perfect for one or two families, making this an ideal vacation rental home.

This beautiful home is situated in a well maintained gated community of High Grove located at the intersection of Highway 192 and Highway 27. The community clubhouse has a large pool, spa, fitness centre, games room with full size pool table, access to the internet, printer and fax and a large library of books to borrow and helpful concierge staff who are available to help and give you local tips. There is also a small playground and a 9 hole mini golf course.

Just outside of the community there is an Irish pub, restaurants and Walmart. It is the perfect location, conveniently located providing a quiet, relaxing place to stay while being close to many attractions.

DESCRIPTION

  • The villa is fully air conditioned.
  • 2 double bedrooms with en-suite and 2 twin bedrooms with interlocking ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom sleeping 8 in comfort.
  • Both master bedrooms have direct access to the pool and spa area
  • The full size pool and spa has a pool cover and can be optionally heated.
  • The patio area is brick paved, with a covered lanai and eating area with outdoor seating.
  • The house is furnished to premium standards and equipped with Roku TV in all rooms.
  • Additional entertainment includes radio & stereo, video and DVD player.
  • A Wii console and games also available to keep the younger ones occupied
  • There is a full gourmet kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer combo, microwave and all other kitchen utensils.
  • Dining table seating 6 and a breakfast bar seating 2
  • The villa also is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.
  • A fixed line phone is provided allowing free calls to the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico.

  • Keyless front door lock so need to worry about keys, just use the keypad for access to the villa
  • Lockable security / safe box available to keep all valuables secure
  • The one storey villa is suitable for wheelchair access and a removable ramp is available to use for all steps on the ground floor.
